Flea and Tick Policy
For the safety of your beloved pet and others, we highly recommend that all pets receive monthly flea and tick preventatives from a local veterinarian. It's also important to keep their vaccinations up to date, rabies. Please note that if a single flea is found on your pet during their stay with us, we will notify you and add a fee of $65 in addition to the grooming fee. If Capstar is administered, there will be an additional fee of $100. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our furry friends healthy and happy."
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. We kindly ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to make the time slot available to other clients who may be waiting. In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice, a fee of $35.00 will be applied and the client may be required to pre-pay prior to scheduling any further appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
